Kino Octane Review: Greater Focus and Output

I’m always game to experiment with a new pre-workout or health supplement, so when Kinobody released Kino Octane, I was all in. For years, I have been an avid admirer of Greg from Kinobody and his valuable content.

In this blog post, we’ll go over the key ingredients of Kino Octane, the health and performance benefits, share my personal experience using it, as well as give you my honest opinion on whether or not it’s worth your money.

Let’s hop into it.

What is Kino Octane?

Kino Octane is a pre-workout supplement formulated by Greg O’Gallagher from Kinobody, a popular fitness YouTuber. This product promises to provide you with clean, sustainable energy that will last throughout your workout without the dreaded post-workout crash.

It contains natural ingredients like caffeine from green coffee beans, L-citrulline, and Siberian ginseng extract.

The natural sweeteners in this product (stevia) will help you maintain your desired caloric intake without sacrificing taste. Kino Octane is sugar-free and only has 5 calories per serving, which makes it ideal for people on a strict cutting diet or for people that prefer to train in a fasted state.

Many pre-workouts on the market have added sugars and are loaded with artificial sweeteners and chemicals.

Ingredients

Apart from Caffeine, Kino octane has a few key ingredients that contribute to its effectiveness:

  • L-citrulline
  • L-theanine
  • Siberian ginseng extract
  • Biotin
  • Thiamine

L-citrulline

L-citrulline is an amino acid that has been gaining a lot of attention for its health and performance benefits. It has been used for centuries in traditional medicine, but only recently has it been popularized in the world of sports nutrition.

The L-citrulline in Kino Octane helps to increase nitric oxide production in the body which improves blood flow and gives you those skin-tightening pumps that most weight lifters are chasing.

Additionally, it can help to increase strength and power output as well as support post-workout recovery by reducing soreness and inflammation.

L-theanine

l-theanine is another amino acid, which in conjunction with caffeine, results in enhanced energy levels yet a calm mental focus. By using Kino Octane pre-workout, you can avoid the dreaded ‘crash’ feeling.

L-theanine is commonly taken to reduce stress and anxiety by increasing the production of serotonin and dopamine – two hormones associated with happiness and relaxation.

Additionally, it can help improve sleep quality as well as cognitive performance, memory retention, reaction time, and attention span. All these benefits make l-theanine an attractive ingredient for those looking to take their performance or overall wellness to the next level.

Siberian ginseng extract

Siberian ginseng is a powerful adaptogen derived from the root of a plant native to Russia and China. It has been used in traditional medicine for centuries due to its ability to help the body cope with physical, mental and emotional stress.

Siberian ginseng extract provides a variety of health benefits including boosting energy levels, improving focus, enhancing mood and reducing anxiety.

Kino Octane is complemented well by this synergistic adaptogen, which works together with the other amino acids and ingredients in the supplement.

Biotin

Biotin, also known as Vitamin B7, is a water-soluble vitamin that plays an essential role in the body’s metabolic processes.

It has been linked to many health benefits including improved energy levels, enhanced cognitive performance and memory retention, increased hair growth and nail strength, better digestion and skin health.

Additionally, biotin helps to regulate blood sugar levels which can be beneficial for people with diabetes or pre-diabetes.

Furthermore, it aids in the production of hormones such as insulin which are necessary for proper metabolism functioning. Maximize the advantages of Kino Octane by incorporating intermittent fasting into your daily routine. Scientifically evidenced, short-term fasting can improve insulin sensitivity levels.

Thiamin

Thiamin, also known as Vitamin B1, provides many of the same benefits that biotin does.

It helps to convert carbohydrates into energy and aids in the production of hormones such as insulin which are necessary for proper metabolism functioning.

Furthermore, studies have found that thiamin may help reduce stress and anxiety while improving mood, cognitive performance, memory retention and reaction time.

With Kino Octane, you get the right dose of each ingredient!

Kino Octane Flavours

As a bonus, Kino Octane also has a few different flavours to choose from.

The choice of flavours includes blue raspberry, strawberry margarita, grape, tropic thunder, and black cherry – each one providing a refreshing burst of flavour that will keep you energized throughout your workout.

I’ve sampled every flavour (except for the black cherry) and each one is truly delicious. It’s like drinking a refreshing fruit juice – without any of that artificial taste, you find in other brands. It quenches my thirst and I can’t wait for the next sip; I look forward to it every lifting session!

My Experience Taking Kino Octane

I’ve tried other pre-workouts in the past that contain high doses of beta-alanine (a naturally-occurring amino acid in the body).

I remember I would experience an uncomfortable tingling sensation and persistent itchiness. I felt this before and after my workout session.

It was distracting and interfered with my training. Kino Octane on the other hand does not give me this issue. Fifteen minutes prior to my workout, I take it and begin feeling the boost in energy—not all at once but gradually.

It has helped me to get into the right mindset and reach new personal records. I am able to conveniently move my focus away from the gym after my lift and onto other essential tasks that require my attention.

Cost of Kino Octane

The only drawback of Kino Octane, in my opinion, is the cost. It is quite expensive. It costs $45 for a one-time purchase or 20% off ($36) if you follow a monthly subscription, and that’s only for 21 servings.

However, Kinobody does promote the importance of lifting intensely 3 days per week in the gym, so it would take you 7 weeks to finish one bottle. That works out to $20/month. A great alternative to Starbucks.

I do believe that you get what you pay for. Despite being more costly, Kino Octane has very high-quality ingredients with the ideal level of caffeine. Most pre-workout supplements contain unnecessary, harmful ingredients. Either that or the doses are too high. With excessive levels of caffeine, many of these products might not be suitable for everyone.

Who Can Benefit From Kino Octane?

Pretty much everyone can benefit from taking Kino Octane, given you are fine with caffeine. It is especially useful for athletes or people who are trying to maintain a lean figure while building muscle and strength.

You’ll get the highest return by lifting heavy weights and progressively overloading your body. You need to be performing resistance training to maximize blood flow to the muscles while you’re taking l-citrulline.

Greg, the founder of Kinobody, has even mentioned that he takes Kino Octane on non-lifting days to assist in entering a “flow state” while he works on his business. This is because of the effectiveness of combining caffeine with l-theanine to achieve that smooth focus.

Conclusion

Overall, I am really pleased with Kino Octane and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quality pre-workout supplement.

I noticed a definite increase in my strength and endurance.

You’ll be able to take your workouts to new heights by pushing yourself harder in the gym than ever before!

Plus, it’s always nice to find a product that is transparent about its ingredients and provides clear health benefits.
